From-scratch OP-Stack rollup with bridge and explorer

A modular Layer-2 rollup built on the OP Stack with a working Sepolia ↔ Veltrix bridge, block explorer, and faucet. Designed and shipped end-to-end: chain contracts, devnet orchestration, ops runbooks, and a user-facing bridge UI.

Highlights
